What matters more than the handle is what sits behind it: 10+ years spent inside cashew processing operations — on factory floors, in vendor negotiations, in the middle of commissioning failures, and occasionally in the aftermath of purchases that went badly wrong — advising processors, cooperatives, and investors on machinery selection, plant layout, and procurement across every cashew-producing country. Cashew processing is a genuinely under-documented industry relative to its economic size. My background sits at the intersection of mechanical process engineering and hands-on plant operations — the kind of work where you learn as much from a line that's underperforming its rated capacity as you do from one running well, because the underperforming line is where you actually find out which claims in a vendor's spec sheet were real and which were optimistic.
